Information on the Voting Procedure

Election Dates:

• Wednesday, 19 November 2025: 07:00 – 17:00
• Thursday, 20 November 2025: 07:00 – 17:00

In-person voting (indicated by 'Wahllokale' in the map below):

   Medical University of Vienna
   Spitalgasse 23
   Meeting Room of the Rectorate, Medical University of Vienna
   Level 01 (Room No.: 88.01.514.1 and 88.01.514)

On the election days, you will receive your ballot papers at the polling station upon presentation of your staff ID card (AKH or MedUni Vienna) or an official photo ID.
You can then complete your ballot in one of the voting booths provided.
